If you still want to do a T-shirt, have you considered Cafepress? They'll do most of the work and not charge any money up front for it.
Nope. Had friends who tried using CafeEggspress. Not impressed with the quality of their products at all.
Hey Matt, nice job on the icons. My loathing for Judd Winick is fairly recent, but heartfelt.
